Soha Fleyfil

Soha Fleyfil is a human rights advocate, peacebuilding practitioner, and facilitator

Fleyfil is a peacebuilding practitioner and human rights advocate with experience in dialogue facilitation, mediation, and transitional justice. Born in Beirut six months before the start of Lebanon’s civil war, her early experiences shaped her deep commitment to fostering non-violence, human dignity, and inclusive dialogue.

With a background in psychology, Soha began her career advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, ensuring they had a voice in society and access to inclusive spaces where they could learn, live, and thrive. Her work in disability rights led her to broader human rights advocacy, where she focused on raising awareness about marginalized communities’ rights in Lebanon and beyond.

In 2014, she joined forumZFD, an organization dedicated to peacebuilding and dealing with the past in Lebanon. Since then, she has played a pivotal role in creating spaces for dialogue, fostering understanding of historical events, and guiding groups through transitional justice processes.
