Rouba Beydoun, a mediation specialist and dialogue facilitator

Beydoun has been working with the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue since 2021, a private diplomacy organization specializing in mediation and dialogue. Since 2022, she has been leading the organization’s Iraq and Lebanon programs, overseeing their conceptualization and implementation. Her work includes high-level and local-level dialogue initiatives aimed at fostering peace and understanding. In Lebanon, she manages four dialogue tracks, engaging with stakeholders at both local and national levels.

Throughout her career, Beydoun has gained extensive experience across various roles in the MENA region and beyond. She has served as a Country Director, Project Officer, Researcher at a leading academic institution, and as an Analyst at the United Nations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Studies and a Master’s in Public Health from the American University of Beirut, as well as a Master’s in Development Studies from the London School of Economics.
