Jennifer Bou Nasr, a psychologist, social worker, and advocate for peace and education
Bou Nasr is a dedicated peacebuilder and social worker with a strong passion for fostering understanding and reconciliation. With a background in psychology and medical social work, she has gained extensive practical experience working with respected organizations such as Kafa Association and Peace Labs in collaboration with UN Women. Through these roles, she has developed expertise in facilitating dialogue, helping individuals navigate differences, and building common ground.
For the past four years, Bou Nasr has worked as a teacher for refugees with Caritas in collaboration with UNHCR. This experience has deepened her belief in the transformative power of education in promoting peace and shaping a brighter future.
Bou Nasr is also deeply committed to volunteering. She has dedicated four years to oral history projects on the Lebanese civil war, contributing to peacebuilding efforts and the prevention of future conflicts. In addition, her involvement in youth leadership initiatives has taught her the importance of amplifying diverse voices and empowering young people to drive positive change.
