Randa Haddad Eid

Randa Haddad Eid is a Mediator and Project Manager at CPM

Eid has a law degree and a versatile background spanning the business, humanitarian, and mediation fields. Since 2018, she has been a key figure at the Professional Mediation Centre (CPM) at Saint Joseph University, serving as a mediator, project manager, and trainer. In this role, she has mediated numerous cases, managed diverse projects, and led training sessions, with a focus on projects in collaboration with international organizations.

She is also the founder of Consultium, a consultancy specializing in communication and mediation training. Beyond her professional roles, Randa chairs the Social Work Committee of MJO Beirut, where she oversees programs dedicated to women’s empowerment, medical services, and scholarships.
