Katia Karam is a skilled mediator and peacebuilder with extensive experience in conflict resolution, dialogue facilitation, and community empowerment. She has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as USJ-CPM, KAFA, and Peace Labs, implementing projects aimed at fostering peaceful solutions and reconciliation across diverse communities.

Over the past five years, Karam has trained students from grade 7 to terminal classes in mediation techniques and peaceful problem-solving, equipping them with essential tools to manage conflicts constructively.

Karam’s initiatives with KAFA and Peace Labs have focused on promoting gender-inclusive peacebuilding. She has worked closely with women and youth to encourage their active participation in conflict resolution and reconciliation processes.
